Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Cauliflower
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 cup – Maida
• 3/4 cup – Corn flour
• 2 tsp – Celery
• 1 cup – chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1 tsp – ajinomoto
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder or Red Chilli
• Soda bicarb – a little
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Cut cauliflower into pieces and add soya sauce into it.
  2. Take maida, cornflour, ajinomoto, soda (a little) and salt, pour some water and mix it well.
  3. Add cauliflower into it and deep fry till light brown.
  4. Now in a kadai take some oil, add mustard seeds.
  5. When it crackles add onion, celery and ginger paste.
  6. When onion gets light brown add tomato sauce, chilli sauce.
  7. Stir it well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and then if required add water (optional).
  8. Add 1 tsp vinegar, red chilli powder, salt and saute.
  9. Add fried cauliflower.
  10. Transfer it into a bowl.
