Ingredients:
• 4 – medium-sized Brinjals
• 5 tsp – Tomato pickle
• 2 tsp – gram flour for coating
Method:
- Chop brinjal and put it in an airtight container.
- Pour tomato pickle over it and it with sprinkle gram flour to coat the brinjals.
- Pressure cook it till it blows 3 whistles.
- Remove once cooled and serve with curd.
