Ingredients:

• 4 – medium-sized Brinjals
• 5 tsp – Tomato pickle
• 2 tsp – gram flour for coating

Method:

  1. Chop brinjal and put it in an airtight container.
  2. Pour tomato pickle over it and it with sprinkle gram flour to coat the brinjals.
  3. Pressure cook it till it blows 3 whistles.
  4. Remove once cooled and serve with curd.
