Ingredients:
• Paneer (shredded) – 1 cup
• Onion (finely chopped) – 2 cups
• Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 cup
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• Cashewnut paste – 2 tsp
• Cream – 2 tsp
• Refined oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Deep-fry the shredded paneer, crumble them and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for a while.
- Add turmeric, dhania powder, jeera powder and saute well.
- Add the fried paneer, tomatoes, cashewnut paste and salt.
- Stir well.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Serve hot with roti or kulcha.
