Ingredients:

• Paneer (shredded) – 1 cup
• Onion (finely chopped) – 2 cups
• Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 cup
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1 tsp
• Cashewnut paste – 2 tsp
• Cream – 2 tsp
• Refined oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Deep-fry the shredded paneer, crumble them and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for a while.
  4. Add turmeric, dhania powder, jeera powder and saute well.
  5. Add the fried paneer, tomatoes, cashewnut paste and salt.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Add cream and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with roti or kulcha.
