Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Paneer (diced)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 1 – Onion (diced)
• 3 tbsp – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 – Tomato (diced)
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin, ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
  3. Saute for sometime and then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
  4. Saute, till the raw smell goes, add the paneer and tomato.
  5. Cook till the masala binds with the paneer and we get the required gravy.
  6. Add 1 tsp lime juice before serving.
