
Ingredients:
• 1/2 tin – condensed Milk
• 250 g – Paneer ( Cottage cheese )
• 3 tbsp – skimmed Milk powder
• 2 tbsp – cream, whipped
Method:
- Knead paneer well with milk powder.
- Add condensed milk and blend till creamy.
- Mix it with cream and spread at 1/2 inch thickness onto a large plate. Let it set in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
