Ingredients:

• Idlies – 8-10
• oil – 2 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Green chillies – 2, slit
• Curry leaves – few
• Asafetida – 1/2 tsp
• grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Crumble the Idlies.
  2. Heat oil in a Kadai, season with mustard, green chilli, curry leaves and asafetida.
  3. Lower the heat, add crumbled Idli, salt and grated coconut. Mix well.
  4. Keep covered on very low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot or at room temperature.
