Ingredients:

• 8 – Idlis
• 4 – Onions (medium sized)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves- 1 bunch, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a tawa and splutter the mustard seeds.
  2. Now add green chillies, coriander leaves, sliced onion, turmeric powder and deep fry till the onions turn pink.
  3. Now crumble the idlis.
  4. Add the idli crumble to the fried onion and add the salt.
  5. Mix well and serve hot.
