
Ingredients:
• 8 – Idlis
• 4 – Onions (medium sized)
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
• Coriander leaves- 1 bunch, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Oil
• 3 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a tawa and splutter the mustard seeds.
- Now add green chillies, coriander leaves, sliced onion, turmeric powder and deep fry till the onions turn pink.
- Now crumble the idlis.
- Add the idli crumble to the fried onion and add the salt.
- Mix well and serve hot.
