Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Channa flour
• A pinch – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• Water to make batter
• Oil
Method:
- Mix rice flour and chick pea flour in water to make a thin slurry.
- Add salt to taste and turmeric.
- Heat oil in pan, pour the mix and spread out into thin crepes.
- Cook on both sides till done and serve with chutney.
