Ingredients:

• 2 pinches – Cardamom powder
• Sugar – 1.5 tsp
• Water
• 1/4 tsp – chai masala
• 1 tsp – CTC leaf tea
• 1 cup – water
• 1 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Heat 1 cup of water and add 1.5 tsp sugar, chai masala and 2 pinches cardamom powder.
  2. Add 1 full tsp CTC leaf tea.
  3. Allow to simmer till aroma exudes.
  4. Add 1 cup milk, bring back to boil.
  5. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Cover and take off heat.
  7. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
  8. Strain and serve piping hot.
