Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Cashew powder
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Water
• Silver foil

Method:

  1. Make sugar syrup of almost 2 thread consistency.
  2. Then dissolve cashew powder in the solution and make the whole solution thick.
  3. Spread it on the plate and put some silver foil.
  4. Cut Burfi into pieces.
