Ingredients:

• 2 small raw mangoes
• 1 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 2 tsp – crushed Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – crushed Fenugreek
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/8 tsp – Hing
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli (or more if you want it spicy)
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Finely chop the mangoes.
  2. Heat the mustard oil.
  3. Let it cool a little.
  4. Add hing, crushed mustard, fenugreek and salt.
  5. Let it cool completely.
  6. The add red chilli, mix it completely.
  7. Put chopped mangoes.
  8. Mix it properly.
  9. The pickle is ready to eat.
