Ingredients:
• 2 small raw mangoes
• 1 tbsp – Mustard oil
• 2 tsp – crushed Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – crushed Fenugreek
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/8 tsp – Hing
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli (or more if you want it spicy)
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Finely chop the mangoes.
- Heat the mustard oil.
- Let it cool a little.
- Add hing, crushed mustard, fenugreek and salt.
- Let it cool completely.
- The add red chilli, mix it completely.
- Put chopped mangoes.
- Mix it properly.
- The pickle is ready to eat.
