
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 250 g – Paneer
• 2 to 3 drops – kewra essence
• 4 to 5 drops – yellow food colour
• 2 – Cardamom pods
• 1 – silver leaf
Method:
- Mash paneer well, add condensed milk and cook on slow fire, stirring constantly.
- Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
- Add essence and food colour, and remove from fire.
- Mix well and pour the malai on a plate.
- Allow the malai to cool.
- Make laddoos with the malai.
- Sprinkle crushed cardamom and decorate with silver leaf.
