Ingredients:

• Spaghetti – 1/2 packet
• 2 cups – Milk
• Sugar – to taste
• Nuts – 1/4 cup
• Elaichi powder – a pinch

Method:

  1. Prepare spaghetti as directed on the packet but without any salt.
  2. Boil milk in a heavy bottom and wide pan.
  3. When milk comes to a boil lower the heat and add the nuts, and spaghetti pasta.
  4. Let it cook till all the milk is almost absorbed and also turns to a very light pinkish colour.
  5. Mix powdered sugar.
  6. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts .
  8. Serve hot or cold, it tastes good both ways.
