
Ingredients:
• 3/4 kg – Beef
• 3 – Onions
• 3 – Tomatoes (medium)
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups – water
• 3 – Lemons 1/2 cup each – coriander and Mint leaves
• 3 cups – biriyani Rice (jeerakasala)
• 3 tbsp – Ghee
• 850 ml – water
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
Method:
- Boil ingredients 1 to 9 in a cooker with 2 cups water for about 15-20 mins.
- Make half cooked ghee rice.
- Mix the curry and rice together and also add garam masala, coriander and mint leaves and lemon juice and cook on a low flame till done.
- Serve warm.
