Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Italian flat beans
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – Green chillies
• 10 – Prawns
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 3 – Curry leaves
• 2 – Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cut the onions, flat beans and tomato into small pieces
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds and urad dal
  3. Add the onion and tomatoes pieces and stir them occasionally until they cook well
  4. Add the shrimp to the onion and cook until its colour changes.
  5. Add the chopped flat bean pieces to the kadai and stir it continuously
  6. Add the slit green chillies to the bean pieces and stir them
  7. Add salt, reduce the flame and cover the kadai with a lid
  8. When the beans are done add the curry leaves and switch off the stove
  9. Add the grated coconut to the cooked beans n mix it well
  10. Serve.
