
Ingredients:
• 22 – digestive biscuits
• 1/2 cup – cashewnut powder
• 3-4 drops – Almond essence
• 3 tbsp – cherry or Raisin
• 3/4 tbsp – Butter
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2/3 cups – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – water
Method:
- Mix butter and cocoa to a fine paste.
- Boil the sugar in water for 5 minutes
- Mix the sugar water into the cocoa paste and add the other ingredients.
- Take an aluminium tray with baking sheet and apply some butter and pour the mixture.
- Freeze it for 1 hour.
- Slice it and enjoy.
