Ingredients:

• jack fruit pulp – 1 cup
• Sugar – 1/2 cup
• Ghee – 3 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Chop ripe, soft jack fruit and blend to a pulp.
  2. Mix jack fruit pulp with sugar.
  3. Place on fire and stir till sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add Ghee and cook and stir till the mixture forms a lump.
  5. Add cardamom powder, mix well and remove from fire.
