Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 piece – raw jack fruit
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 medium sized Onion
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil/Ghee

Method:

  1. Knead the wheat flour into a dough.
  2. Boil raw jack fruit and keep aside.
  3. Soak channa daal for 15 minutes and boil. Keep aside.
  4. Mash jackfruit and channa daal well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add mustard seeds.
  7. When they splutter, saute onion and ginger-garlic paste till fragrant.
  8. Add coriander powder and stir.
  9. Combine with jackfruit and daal and mix well.
  10. Add coriander leaves and salt and knead into a dough.
  11. Roll the wheat dough into chapattis, stuff the filling into it and roll it like a stuffed paratha.
  12. Roast on tawa with oil or ghee.
  13. Serve with curd.
