
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 piece – raw jack fruit
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 medium sized Onion
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil/Ghee
Method:
- Knead the wheat flour into a dough.
- Boil raw jack fruit and keep aside.
- Soak channa daal for 15 minutes and boil. Keep aside.
- Mash jackfruit and channa daal well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds.
- When they splutter, saute onion and ginger-garlic paste till fragrant.
- Add coriander powder and stir.
- Combine with jackfruit and daal and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and salt and knead into a dough.
- Roll the wheat dough into chapattis, stuff the filling into it and roll it like a stuffed paratha.
- Roast on tawa with oil or ghee.
- Serve with curd.
