Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Jackfruit seeds, boiled soft
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon Juice
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate the seeds with ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, Jeera powder, turmeric powder, salt and little lime juice for 10 minutes.
- Then shallow fry them till red and crispy.
- Garnish with fried onions.
