Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Jackfruit seeds, boiled soft
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – Lemon Juice
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Marinate the seeds with ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, Jeera powder, turmeric powder, salt and little lime juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Then shallow fry them till red and crispy.
  3. Garnish with fried onions.
