
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Maida flour or Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery (powdered)
• 1 – Cardamom
Method:
- Powder the jaggery.
- Add some water and dissolve it.
- Filter it to remove impurities.
- Add powdered cardamom, wheat and rice flour.
- Pour more water if needed to dissolve it completely.
- Prepare dosa with it.
