
Ingredients:
• Jaggery- 100 gms
• Ginger- 10 gms
• Pepper powder- 2 tsp
• 4 to 5 tsp- Lemon juice
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Add jaggery to 4 cups of water and stir continuously to make it dissolve.
- Crush ginger, add it to this water, add pepper, lemon juice and salt.
- Filter to remove ginger pieces.
- Chill and serve.
- You can add pieces of fruits like watermelon, kharbooja to this drink.
