
Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp – ground sugarcane Jaggery
• half a Lime strained juice
• 1 big glass water
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• a few drops red food coloring
• dash salt
• cracked ice
• 1 mogra flower
Method:
- Dissolve jaggery in water, strain through a muslin and mix in salt, lime juice and cardamom power.
- Put in enough colour to give it a nice shade.
- Chill and put in cracked ice.
- Flatten the flower on top before serving.
