A very good appetizer, fresh Mint drink with spices
5 1/2 glasses water (Measure with Serving Glass)
2 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon coriander leaves
2 tablespoon roasted cumin seeds powder
1 tablespoon amchur (dried mango powder)
1/2 teaspoon rock salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch sugar (optional)
Mint leaves for garnishing
1. Blend washed coriander and mint leaves in a blender to a smooth paste. Keep aside.
2. In a big bowl pour water, mix the mint paste and rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
