
Ingredients:
• 4 – medium sized or 3 large Tomatoes
• 1/4 tbsp – Cinnamon powder
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder (optional)
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 tbsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 cup – water (optional)
Method:
- Microwave the tomatoes for 5 mins.
- Peel them off and along with all the ingredients except butter blend it till no more lumps of tomato remain in food processor.
- In a cooking pan take butter and add the blended mixture to it.
- Simmer for a few minutes.
- Add a little water to get the desired consistency.
- Remove from the pan and filter it to get a smooth soup.
- Serve it hot before dinner or lunch.
