Ingredients:

• Paneer cubes – 20
• Potato chopped – 2 cups
• Tomato chopped – 1 cup
• Onion – Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Jeera -coriander powder – 2 tsp
• Garam Masala powder – 2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 1/4 cup
• Fresh coriander chopped – 1/4 cup
• Jeera – 2 tsp
• Whole Garam Masala – (1 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 cardamoms)
• Bay Leaf – 2
• Water – 1.5 cups

Method:

  1. Heat a pan, and add oil.
  2. Now add jeera, whole garam masala and bay leaf.
  3. Saute.
  4. Then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes, till golden brown.
  5. Add all the remaining ingredients – except paneer – and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. When oil separates from the masala, add water and boil.
  7. After boiling, add the paneer cubes and cover and cook it for 15 minutes on a slow flame.
  8. Garnish it with fresh coriander and lime juice, and serve hot.
