Ingredients:

• 1 kg Mutton (cut, cleaned, washed thoroughly)
• 10 to 12 red chilies
• 10 green chilies
• lots of pure Ghee
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the mutton into medium sized pieces
  2. Clean and wash thoroughly
  3. In a deep vessel, heat the ghee
  4. Add the red and green chilies
  5. Add the mutton pieces and cook on slow fire till the meat is tender
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Serve hot with phulkas, parathas or rice
