Ingredients:
• Raw banana skin – 2
• Garlic Cloves – 1/4 cup
• Onion – 1
• Ginger – 1-inch piece
• Red Chillies – 4
• Salt – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
• Tomato – 1
• Oil – 1/4 cup.
Method:
- Boil the skin for 10 minutes and cool it.
- Make a smooth paste of skin and other ingredients.
- Heat a pan. Add oil and add the ground mixture. Fry till well cooked.
- Serve hot.
