Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken
• 5 – Onions
• 3 – Tomato
• 10 – Green chilli
• 1 piece – Ginger
• 1 bulb – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 dessert spoon – Oil
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add chopped onions, green chilly and saute until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger, garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and saute well.
  5. Add tomatoes and saute until they are half done and gravy thickens.
  6. Add chicken pieces, a little water and mix well.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
  8. Garnish with Coriander leaves.
