
Ingredients:
• 180 g – Chicken tikka
• 100 g – Onion
• 10 g – Ginger Garlic paste
• 20 g – yellow bell peppers
• 20 g – red bell peppers
• 5 g – Coriander seeds
• 5 g – Cumin seeds
• 2 g – Methi seeds
• 5 g – black pepper Corns
• 30 g – Tomatoes
• 5 g – kasoori Methi powder
• 3 g – Red Chilli powder
• 2 g – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Cut chicken juliennes into strips.
- Cut onion and capsicums in to strips.
- Saute ginger and garlic in oil, add onion and toss it with turmeric and red chilli powder.
- Add bell peppers and saute it.
- Put tomatoes and add chicken strips.
- Toss them nicely and ensure pieces don`t break.
- Add the spices (pounded) and sprinkle some kasoori methi powder over this.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
