
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – tender Jackfruit
• 1/4 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Mash the jackfruit with hands.
- Roast urad dal and coriander seeds in one tsp oil in a kadai.
- Grind coconut and chilli powder together coarsely.
- To this, add fried dal and coriander seeds and grind to a fine powder.
- Mix this powder to the jackfruit.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Add mustard seeds.
- When it splutters, add jackfruit.
- Fry open, on low flame, stirring in between.
- Add some salt and stir.
- Remove from fire once cooked and serve hot with chapatti or rice.
