Ingredients:
• Curd – 1 cup
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Green chilli paste – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• 1 cup – water
• Curry leaves
• Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds
• Finely chopped coriander
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take curd into the mixie and whisk until it becomes smooth.
- There should not be any lumps of curd.
- Heat oil in a pan, add musturd and cumin seeds.
- Let it splutter; add green chilli paste.
- When the paste turns brown, add curry leaves.
- Add dahi on high heat, then add a cup of water to it.
- Start stirring it with spoon till it gets just warm.
- Do not let the kadhi boil.
- Stir as long as your pan is on the stove.
- Kadhi is ready.
- Serve with plain rice.
