Ingredients:

• Curd – 1 cup
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Green chilli paste – 1/2 tsp
• Ginger paste – 1 tsp
• 1 cup – water
• Curry leaves
• Cumin seeds
• Mustard Seeds
• Finely chopped coriander
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take curd into the mixie and whisk until it becomes smooth.
  2. There should not be any lumps of curd.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add musturd and cumin seeds.
  4. Let it splutter; add green chilli paste.
  5. When the paste turns brown, add curry leaves.
  6. Add dahi on high heat, then add a cup of water to it.
  7. Start stirring it with spoon till it gets just warm.
  8. Do not let the kadhi boil.
  9. Stir as long as your pan is on the stove.
  10. Kadhi is ready.
  11. Serve with plain rice.
