Ingredients:
• 4 or 5- leftover idlis
• For seasoning:
• 1/2 tsp- Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp- urud dal
• 2 to 3 – Curry leaves
• For dipping :
• 4 or 5 tbsp- Maida
• 3 to 4 tbsp- bread crumbs
• For grinding:
• 3 or 4- small Onions
• 2 medium – Tomatoes
• 3 or 4 flakes – Garlic
• Ginger – small amount
• 2 tsp- Dhania powder
• Chilli powder
• Salt
Method:
- Add little bit of chilli powder and salt to the maida and make it into a paste by adding water.
- Cut the idlis into small squares.
- Dip them first in maida and then in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry them in oil till golden brown.
