Ingredients:
• 1 – Raw Mango (kairi)
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 – Onion
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt
Method:
- In a bowl, add chopped raw mango, onion, green chilli, and jeera.
- Grind well to make a paste.
- Now in a pan, add this paste with a few drops of oil and roast it.
- Add red chilli powder and salt.
- Mix well and serve the chutney.
