Ingredients:

• 1.5 cup – Wheat flour
• 1/4 cup – Molasses
• A pinch of salt
• 1.5 tsp – Aniseed (Sauf)
• Ghee or oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and Gud. Stir it well.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and the aniseed into it.
  3. Add wheat flour to boiling water.
  4. Stir it properly to make a good dough.
  5. Then leave it until the dough is cold.
  6. Once the dough is cold, knead it smooth and make small Kakra rolls (like small thick puris). Fry in ghee or oil.
