
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Channa dal
• 1/2 cup – Toor Dal
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 inch – ginger, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• A pinch – Garam Masala
• Oil
Method:
- Soak both the dals overnight and grind them.
- Add chopped onion, ginger and chillies along-with salt and garam masala.
- Heat the oil for frying vadas.
- Soak your fingers in water and make broad vadas and fry them till they are brown in colour.
- Cut the lightly fried vadas into long pieces.
