Ingredients:

• 500 g – Potatoes
• 500 g – green Tomatoes
• 2-4 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 6 – Green chillies
• 1/2 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4 – 5 tbsp – Mustard oil

Method:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes and keep in water.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Heat oil in kadai, splutter black cumin.
  4. When it splutters, add and fry the potatoes, add salt and turmeric powder.
  5. After a while add the tomatoes, saute, add mustard paste.
  6. Simmer on low flame covered.
  7. When done add chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Serve.
