
Ingredients:
• 500 g – tapioca
• 1 tsp – 2 Red Chilli powder
• 3 tsp – gram flour/besan
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tsp – Rice powder
• 1/4 tsp – asafetida
• Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Water
Method:
- Boil tapioca till half cooked.
- Cut the cooked tapioca into thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine all powders, curry leaves and salt.
- Add a little water to this mixture to make a thick paste.
- Put all the tapioca pieces into this thick batter.
- Deep fry 3-4 tapioca pieces together till golden brown.
