Ingredients:

• 1 – tapioca, chopped and cooked
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 3 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Curry leaves
• Coconut oil

Method:

  1. Heat enough coconut oil, splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal
  2. Add the chopped onions, slit green chillies, grated ginger, curry leaves and cook until the onions turn translucent
  3. Add the cooked tapioca chunks, turmeric powder and salt, cook everything in simmer until the tapioca chunks gets well coated with the spices.
  4. Finally add the grated coconut, stir and serve.
