
Ingredients:
• 1 – tapioca, chopped and cooked
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 3 – green chillies, slit
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 3 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt
• Curry leaves
• Coconut oil
Method:
- Heat enough coconut oil, splutter the mustard seeds and urad dal
- Add the chopped onions, slit green chillies, grated ginger, curry leaves and cook until the onions turn translucent
- Add the cooked tapioca chunks, turmeric powder and salt, cook everything in simmer until the tapioca chunks gets well coated with the spices.
- Finally add the grated coconut, stir and serve.
