Ingredients:
• 4 – medium sized Bitter gourds
• Salt to taste
• 1/3 cup – grated Coconut
• Oil
Method:
- Slice bitter gourd, sprinkle salt and rest for 30 mins.
- Then drain, rinse and dry with paper towel.
- Bring water to a boil, add sliced bitter gourd and cook till done.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the bitter gourds. Stir-fry for 3 mins.
- Sprinkle grated coconut, salt and saute for a minute.
- Serve hot.
