Ingredients:

• 8 – idli
• 20 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5 – peppercorns
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cut the left over idlis and keep aside
  2. Dry roast the curry leaves, peppercorns, red chillies, cumin seeds and urad dal, dry grind them and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai, add the urad dal and mustard seeds and splutter
  4. Add the idli pieces and toss them gently for a while.
  5. Add the ground powder as per need mix well and serve.
