
Ingredients:
• 8 – idli
• 20 – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 5 – peppercorns
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• oil
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the left over idlis and keep aside
- Dry roast the curry leaves, peppercorns, red chillies, cumin seeds and urad dal, dry grind them and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add the urad dal and mustard seeds and splutter
- Add the idli pieces and toss them gently for a while.
- Add the ground powder as per need mix well and serve.
