Ingredients:
• 1 cup – semolina
• 1 cup – ground white Sugar
• 1/2 cup – almonds, coarsely crushed
• 1/2 cup – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – skinned melon seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 cup – Ghee
Method:
- Melt ghee in a heavy pan.
- Add semolina and cook on low flame till light golden.
- Cool in pan while stirring frequently till warm.
- Add sugar, coconut, almonds, cardamom powder.
- Mix well and serve.
