Ingredients:

• 3 – Brinjal
• 1 tsp – Bengal Gram dal
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 6 – dry chillies
• Pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat the brinjal on flame till cooked.
  2. Put all the other ingredients in a kadai and roast it for 2 mins.
  3. Peel the skin of the brinjal and add it to this.
  4. Grind the mixture coarsely in a mixer.
  5. Serve.
