Ingredients:
• 4 – large ripe Bananas
• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 tbsp – freshly grated or desiccated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• Lemon juice
Method:
- Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Roast cumin seeds in a dry pan, shaking or stirring constantly until they become brown.
- Crush or grind.
- Combine the yoghurt with all the ingredients except the banana.
- If desiccated coconut is used, moisten it first by sprinkling 2 tbsps of water to ensure that it is not dry.
- Fold banana into the yoghurt mixture.
- Chill and serve.
