
Ingredients:
• Rava-3cups
• Small onions-4
• Green chillies-3
• Chopped ginger-1 tsp
• Curry leaves-as required
• Oil-3spoon
Method:
- Take a pan and fry the rava until it will be fried well.
- Remove the rava from the pan.
- Add oil in the same pan and after when the oil becomes hot, put the mustard seeds to splutter.
- After that, add 3 red chilles and then add onions,ginger,greenchilles and curry leaves and stir them to get lightly fried.
- After that, add 3 cups of water and sufficient salt into the previous fried items.
- Allow the water to boil well.the water should start bubbling.
- After the water bubbles up, add the fried rava to the water and immediately start stiring.
- continue your stiring until it comes into the final uppuma stage.
- Serve it with hot with bananas.
