Ingredients:

• 2 – raw mangoes, peeled and grated
• 2 cups – Catfish pieces
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp fish sauce
• 1/2 cup sliced Onion
• 1/4 cup chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 cup roasted crushed Peanuts
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped Mint
• 2 green chillies, ground to a paste
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
• Salt and pepper – as per taste

Method:

  1. Put crushed pepper in olive oil, keep aside.
  2. Deep fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
  3. Drain and keep aside till they are cooled.
  4. Mix all the ingredients.
  5. Serve with boiled vegetables.
