Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Mango pulp, tinned
• 1/2 cup – sweetened condensed Milk
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron strands
• 1/4 cup – heavy Cream
• Any nuts – chopped

Method:

  1. Mix together mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, a little sugar together and whisk until the sugar dissolves
  2. Add gradually the heavy cream and saffron strands, whisk again until the mixture turns soft and smooth.
  3. Now add the chopped nuts and give a stir
  4. Pour into kulfi moulds or small containers and freeze for 6 hours
