Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Mango pulp, tinned
• 1/2 cup – sweetened condensed Milk
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron strands
• 1/4 cup – heavy Cream
• Any nuts – chopped
Method:
- Mix together mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, a little sugar together and whisk until the sugar dissolves
- Add gradually the heavy cream and saffron strands, whisk again until the mixture turns soft and smooth.
- Now add the chopped nuts and give a stir
- Pour into kulfi moulds or small containers and freeze for 6 hours
