Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Whole Milk
• Kesar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
Method:
- Boil the milk.
- Add lemon just the way when making paneer.
- Use extra water but don’t squeeze out all of it.
- Once done, put it in a mixer.
- Add another 1 cup whole milk, little kesar and sugar.
- Then mix it well.
- Then distribute in small serving bowls and keep in fridge to set it for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Then you can serve this dish chilled.
