Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Whole Milk
• Kesar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Boil the milk.
  2. Add lemon just the way when making paneer.
  3. Use extra water but don’t squeeze out all of it.
  4. Once done, put it in a mixer.
  5. Add another 1 cup whole milk, little kesar and sugar.
  6. Then mix it well.
  7. Then distribute in small serving bowls and keep in fridge to set it for 2 to 3 hrs.
  8. Then you can serve this dish chilled.
