Ingredients:

• 2.5 cup s Milk
• 2 tsp – Milk powder
• 1.5 tsp – Fresh dahi/yoghurt
• 4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 tsp – Saffron

Method:

  1. Add the skimmed milk powder to the milk and mix well.
  2. Heat the milk until lukewarm, then add the dahi, sugar and cardamom powder.
  3. Warm the saffron, add 2 tsp – of the milk mixture and stir until the saffron dissolves.
  4. Add the dissolved saffron to the milk and set aside.
  5. Once the mixture has set, place it in the refrigerator.
