Ingredients:

• 2 – Chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 4 tsp – soy sauce
• 2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 3 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1-2 tsp – Orange color
• 2 – onions, cut into small pieces

Method:

  1. Mix garlic ginger paste, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, colour along with the chicken and marinate for about 4-5 hrs.
  2. Take a deep pan pour 2-3 spoons of oil accordingly.
  3. Fry onion for about 5 mins until it turns to golden brown.
  4. Add marinated chicken to it. Fry it till it cooks. If it takes long time add a little bit of water.
  5. Add ketchup and fry till it is dry.
