
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – finely chopped Dates
• 1 cup – khoya
• 3-4 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Silver varak & chopped Almond for decoration
Method:
- Take khoya and powdered sugar in a pan and roast.
- Add cardamom powder and chopped dates and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a dish greased with butter and spread evenly.
- Apply the silver varak on top and refrigerate.
- Decorate with chopped almonds.
- Serve hot.
