Ingredients:

• 1 cup – finely chopped Dates
• 1 cup – khoya
• 3-4 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1 tsp – Butter
• Silver varak & chopped Almond for decoration

Method:

  1. Take khoya and powdered sugar in a pan and roast.
  2. Add cardamom powder and chopped dates and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a dish greased with butter and spread evenly.
  4. Apply the silver varak on top and refrigerate.
  5. Decorate with chopped almonds.
  6. Serve hot.
